Before starting the machine, check whether the moving parts have been properly lubricated with grease, then start the machine and verify that the clutch and braking system are functioning normally. Run the CNC lathe’s air-driven components for 1 to 3 minutes; operation is strictly prohibited if any mechanical issues are detected.

What should be kept in mind when machining high-precision product components? Let’s find out together below:

1. Before starting the machine, check whether the moving parts have been lubricated with grease, then start the machine and verify that the clutch and brake systems are functioning properly. Run the CNC lathe idling for 1 to 3 minutes; operation is strictly prohibited if any mechanical issues are detected.

II. When dismantling the die, first turn off the power supply. Once the stamping press has come to a complete stop, you may proceed with the installation and adjustment of the die. After installation and adjustment are completed, manually rotate the pump flywheel to perform two trial punches, verifying that the left and right dies are symmetrical and properly aligned, that all screws are securely tightened, and that the edge-trimming strip is correctly positioned.

3. During work, maintain proper posture and ensure you are mentally alert and fully prepared to handle tasks. If you experience any physical discomfort, immediately leave your workstation and report the issue to the supervisor. In actual operations, stay highly focused at all times; engaging in idle chatter is strictly prohibited. All personnel must cooperate closely with one another. Operators must never perform tasks while distracted or fatigued to prevent accidents that could disrupt production stability and compromise operational reliability. Prior to commencing duties, all employees must verify that their attire complies with workplace safety regulations. The wearing of flip-flops, high-heeled shoes, or any clothing that may jeopardize safety is strictly forbidden. Employees with long hair must wear a protective headgear.

4. During machine operation, it is strictly prohibited to reach into the guide rail and slider working area, and unauthorized removal or placement of workpieces is absolutely forbidden. When removing or placing workpieces inside metal molds, always use tools that meet the specified requirements. If any abnormal noises are detected or if the machinery malfunctions, immediately switch off the power supply and conduct a thorough inspection. Once the machine is running, only one person should operate it; no other personnel may press electrical control buttons, step on foot-operated switch panels, place their hands in the machine’s working area, or arbitrarily interfere with the machine’s moving parts.
