I. Machine Quality:

Good machines equipped with high-quality components generally produce more accurate mechanical parts than low-quality machines.

II. Machine Condition:

CNC machines comprise numerous components, making proper maintenance essential for maintaining their accuracy.

III. Tool Condition:

Dull and worn cutting tools, exhibiting signs such as flank wear and crater wear, can reduce the accuracy of CNC machine tools; therefore, they must be kept in good condition. Dull tools also increase cutting temperatures, which is another factor that degrades machining accuracy.

IV. Onboard Inspection:

Onboard probes and other feedback tools can inform mechanics whether the machine is cutting accurately during operation. These tools can also be used to correct any deviations in real time, thereby improving accuracy.

V. Temperature and Humidity:

The working environment can affect machining accuracy. Although machines can cut mechanical components under warm conditions, thermal consistency must be maintained to prevent deviations.
